**1) The connection must be stable, provided by a national or regional carrier (e.g. Qwest, Comcast, etc.) and is capable of at least 128Kbsec upstream and 256Kbsec downstream speeds.
2) We are not accepting wireless or satellite based broadband connections at this time due to latency issues, but will continue to evaluate them as advances in the technology are made.
3) Pentium IV 1.5 GHz (or equivalent) processor or faster.
